my friend lives in Sweden and starts at 10.30 am and ends at 3.20 pm. they wear own clothes on pe days and exams are once per year at the start. they have celebrations after each exam. hes in year 8. I'm in year 8 in a British school and I have to be at school by 8.25, and finish at 3. exnas we have Bet assessments and we have one for each subject at least twice a year. we have to wear uniform to school even if we have pe period 1. absolutely diabolical.

I do understand the end of year tests (I’m on my second year of college) however I agree why tf do we have to be at school so early like that’s not even when our day starts we literally have to motivate ourselves to get up stupid early just to make it to form for 8:40 like what? & at my school it was 8:35😭

I wake up at 6.25 then leave for my nans at 7.20 get to nans at 7.35 then have breakfast walk to bus stop at 7.57 (I'm previse). get to bus stop at 8.00 and get on bus at 8.05. get to school norm 8.29 then school starts at 8.45
