If you’ve ever been to the dentist and got your teeth cleaned, they always tell you wait 30 minutes before you eat or drink anything after you’ve had your cleaning and you’re not supposed to rinse your mouth out after you are done brushing your teeth is hard not to do that, but it definitely can be done. It’s a bad habit to break. I finally broke it.😂
