The Lord Jesus Christ suffered and endured every temptation and test, so that he can help us every time we pass through the ordeals of life. Hebrews 2:18 TPT It behoved the Christ our God and Savior to taste death in experience by the grace of His Father Yahweh on behalf of all men. He became like us such that through sufferings He may bring many sons to Glory as their perfected Captain of their Salvation. Through the offering of His soul and flesh Jesus as a faithful and merciful High Priest, He purchased us eternal redemption. He delivered us from slavery to satan, sin and death by the shedding of His blood of covenant. Through the Cross, He sanctified and reconciled us to God by blotting away our sins and thereby made those that believe in Him one with His Father. Those that come to Him in faith will He never chase away but is able to save unto uttermost. He is not ashamed of calling men His brothers and sisters for by Him they that love the truth are ordained as the children of the Most High God. Those that have tasted of so great salvation warn us of neglecting the most essential decision. For in light of eternity no man is wise enough to abandon his soul to everlasting torture in unquenchable fires of hell and in the gnashing of teeth in the lake of burning sulphur.
