@gregoryogallagher: This is how you get the most out of your lifting. Build up to a heavy set without creating fatigue. 6-8 reps close to failure. Full rest (3-4 mins), drop weight 10% and second set for 8-10. Complete. Move on to next movement. And following week go for more reps or more weight
