Congrats. This is my last week at a call center job as I accept an offer to a non call center job that’s more back end. I’m so done with talking to customers and back to back calls. Micromanaging, unreasonable metrics, not being to take PTO when I want all lead up to me leaving.

LinkedIn is where you want to search for WFH positions. 99% of the time you’ll have to take phone calls. Those quiet, no phone call, chat positions usually require a bachelors degree and/or years of experience. They’re also mostly positions that are hired internally. Endure the phone calls and you might be able to move up to that.
