FedEx lost original (and ONLY) photos of my dad and I together from the 90s. I paid to insure the package, but when I filed a claim they told me they can’t complete the claim because I didn’t provide receipts for the items in the package. I asked them if they needed receipts from the photo center at CVS from 1996 and they told me yes 🤯

File a claim with the company you ordered the Watch from and they can dispute it with FedEx, I’ve had to do that and had better luck.
