that’s why u gotta be alone first to know who u really are. I had the same thing but since i went trought a really bad time where i wouldn’t speak to no one and ghosted all my friends i noticed I know who I am much better and I never act different then who I am whenever im with other people. idk if I would necessarily recommend thought because coming back to social life after isolation is pure hell and it can truly make u go crazy in the head and terribly depressed. i’m also still not 100% social like I used to. just getting a little bit more social everyday.
