How do you advocate to a doc for something like this? I had one done on my right knee and it made a world of a difference. I have similar imaging on the left but the doc says she can’t do anything. I’m struggling 😭

Mine have well over an inch of movement (used to be more before I had Pt, but there was also a period of time my knee was way out of alignment) but I have diagnosed hypermobility

So if I can move it around in a circle (I’d estimate about an inch of movement all the way way around) with just a light touch?? I’m pretty sure I’m hypermobile, but I don’t really know exactly how to confirm that 😅😅
