people when my autistic traits are genuinely the biggest reason I've been unemployed for years 😭 I think I'm a good worker personally, I think I'm either just too blunt and honest for most customer service work, or maybe coworkers are complaining?? tbf though in Australia when you're a teenager you're on a 'probation period' for 3 months when you start a job and they can pay you a lower wage, and lots of companies literally use it as a way to save money by hiring and firing teenagers every 3 months (2/3 jobs I got ghosted at were EXACTLY on the 3 month mark, like within the week lmao)

whenever i mention that i dont see anything when i try to think of an object, have poor fine motor skills and trash handwriting, have visual snow, and also that my depth perception is AWFUL (those aren't symptoms of neurodivergency though🥺🥺🥺)
