it's actually not rare. People with ADHD have difficulties with time management in general. so, a lot will be very late. but many will be way too early - because we're unable to estimate accurately how long things take. I'm always way too early for everything. 😫

Sameeeeee!!! The thought of being late makes me ILL. I can't bear the thought of people thinking I'm rude for being late. I try really really hard and I'm extra early 90% of the time, but the other 10% of the time, I fail and I hate it

Never late, never forgetting any birthday. Also I don't lack attention, I have too much of it. I'll notice, hear, see, think of everything at the same time. Also tired all the time 😂😂

I’m always too early. If I have an appointment that’s all I can think about and I end up in task paralysis until my appointment is over.

Also people organising things at 2pm, when it could easily be arranged for 10am. Waiting all damn day, unable to do anything constructive, getting more and more anxious.

For me It's not about estimating the time and getting it wrong, I know EXACTLY how long it's going to take, but I have to factor in the unexpected. The trip takes 7 minutes with no traffic but possibly 15 minutes with traffic, I need to be 15 minutes early, need to leave 5 minutes to find parking, maybe 5 minutes walk depending upon where i get parked, might as well leave now because I've been watching the clock for the last hour (so 5 minutes earlier than my planned time)....traffic clear, parking spot right outside. About 40 minutes early for my dentist appointment! 🙄🤣
