She was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility resulting in injury, evading responsibility resulting in death, manslaughter in the second degree with a motor vehicle, assault in the second degree, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $400,000.
