We are putting this 9070xt into a water block and noticed they used thermal gel. You should still use the retention bracket on the back of the gpu You're basically throwing away degrees of lower temperature

I just built my ai workstation nothing too fancy but or the cpu i am using the honeywell ptm7850 which I wws told would work great on gpu as well. it a phase changing thermal pad that changes from solid to liquid depending on temps.
