i kinda thought abt it like maybe the crack is the root of something, maybe her becoming who she is today, and the flower is her maybe growing from that? she’s put any sort of trauma or heavy things at halt and has grown into a beautiful flower, that she’s happy with, and that’s why i also think she’s standing by the flower and not at the other side of where the crack is. This is also part of the reason i think this is her last album (excluding deluxes, etc.) i’m just thinking out loud here ik it all sounds messy and prolly
