Its 4% for most people, but some people have a way lower conversion rate. If they would only consume vit A from beta carotene, then they would probably get a deficiency in vit A

50% of ppl can’t even convert it, and the 50% that can all have different rates of conversion. Also it doesn’t act as an antioxidant in mammals, only in plants.

even that 1048 won't be fully absorbed some people can't even convert it at all but there are more problems then the the beta carotene vitamin A. insoulble fibre etc oxilates even if its cooked still alot u can get vit a from animal foods more efficiently no need for spinach

Yeah but why tax your body more just for conversion instead of just getting the active form? Some people cannot even convert it almost at all.And spinach has more downsides than benefits even when cooked compared to other foods with contain the active form of vitamin a and tons of other nutrients spinach can’t give you. If you want the fiber and polyphenols just eat some fruits in moderation.
