@alfskitchen: Smoked Smashburgers are still so underrated!! Give these a try!! Instructions: 1. Just prep your 75/25 or 80/20 beef the same as normal, and then place the ball on to a wire rack. Then transfer the beef to a low temp smoker for 20-30 mins! 2. While the beef smokes, you have time to make a burger sauce, this one was mayo, mustard, and bbq sauce… then finished off with some mesquite peppercorn rub from @SPICEOLOGY 3. Take the beef off the smoker, smash as normal, and proceed to make one of the best burgers you ever had! #burger #smashburger #smokedburger #Recipe #Foodie
