as a die hard liaison fan i’d say launch tuesday as planned & i’m happy to wait for delayed shipping!! HOWEVERRR with the growth of the brand & influx of new customers placing their first order EVER… you would probably want them to have a smooth and normal of an experience as possible & get their matching set all at the same time!!! (specially considering scoop bra is the most popular item) so for that reason it might be better ✨for the brand✨ to launch everything together later on (but selfishly i want it NOWW)

For a customer experience perspective, I think if a customer does not order a double scoop bra then they won’t be impacted by this so no need to delay launch. If they do order a double scoop, just reach out to them via mass comms and see how they want to move forward: a) wait for their entire order to come b) ship in two shipments complimentary c) option to cancel order

If you launch I would put a disclaimer on the website + liaison official channels! Ik everyone is saying launch it but not everyone who shops liaison will watch this video & I can see it causing an uproar if people order and it takes “too long”

Hi retail buyer here for large company… customs is a nightmare right. No guaranteed timelines on anything. This is driven by the new tariff implementation and the continual changes. *sigh*

I personally think it’s easier to do the full launch on tuesday with full transparency regarding the scoop bras since everyone (money wise) has been prepped for tuesday! don’t blame yourself we understand!

I say launch on Tuesday as planned and just ship when things are in!! We will be hopeful they don’t sit in customs too long 💖 thanks for the transparency - It is a bummer and if there’s a way to improve communication oversights with warehouse maybe that’s an area of growth moving forward!!

Definitely option number 1!! I think there’s a multitude of girlies who are interested in the tanks or other styles OR even ones who do want a scoop bra are ok with waiting or would be willing to get it in a separate order and wait on it!!
