@christianchanel: Before you get on Accutane here are some things you should do: • Find a GOOD dermatologist (this is THE most important) mine is @Dr. Zoë | Dermatologist and she is AMAZING (she also does tele health) • Take it with enough FAT so it actually absorbs (20g minimum but 50g ideal). It’s fat soluble so no fat = you’re basically wasting your dose and it’s not going to work. • HYDRATION is a non negotiable both inside and out. Drink about 3 liters of water (I love alkaline spring water) and layer hydrating/regenerative skincare like gentle hydrating cleansers, barrier repair moisturizers, hydrating serums, etc. Extras that make a HUGE difference: @currentbody red light mask, hydrating facials, regenerative skincare like PDRN/exosomes, peptides, placenta, etc. Some of my favorites are @SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore, @Biologique Recherche , @REJURAN US , @AquaphorUS etc. • To help with the dryness from the inside I love collagen, hyaluronic acid, fish oil, sea moss, milk thistle (for liver support), msm, glutathione, etc. Basically, Accutane works… but how you support your body determines how smooth (or miserable) your journey is. #accutane #acne #acnetreatment #accutanejourney #accutanetips
