Hi! I’m an ASM with Pandora. For collections moments is your charm bracelets and charms. Timeless is like tennis bracelets, necklace, and rings. Think elegant pieces and things that bling! To find an item at another store find it on KWI and hit item locator. You can then search up the store. Otherwise the first options on there should be stores near you! For the clasp opener use the bottom of the heart to open the clasp!

we have the european sizes!! i just remember that the smallest size (US) 4 is size 48 (EU) and i just remember it since the thing they have in common is the number 4, (we dont really carry size 44/46) and then size 5 is 50 and in eu sizes they just go up in twos~ 48,50,52 etc..

I work in the UK and the ring sizing is not how we usually do ring sizes either. The UK works in letters 😂

Girl I’m the opposite with the clasp opener I only use it when I don’t have nails on cuz I’m a nail bitter but what I struggle on is lab grown diamonds and the collections like you said 🥲

i’m not sure if your store has older catalogs still but try referencing those! technically we aren’t allowed to use them anymore but it helps when it comes to sizing for rings, bracelets n necklaces!! 😊
