Unfortunately it’s only in the USA that we’re having this issue , so we’ve starting opening all the boxes and making sure. EVERY AINGLE BOTTLE IS FINE at the warehouse, so that means it’s the way the shipping has handled it.

Girl….he designed the packaging. He has already addressed it and said they are creating a new box. It’s not completely his fault but he does carry some responsibility. He is making it right but he doesn’t get a free pass when he criticizes other brands for their packaging in similar situations
