I remember looking this up and pretty certain you’re legally required to advertise them as having been frozen and no longer able to advertise anything as freshly made since that’s false advertising. Customers absolutely need to be informed in case they plan on freezing any. (This obviously only applies to baked cookies not dough)

how does baking frozen cookie dough work? I always thought you had to thaw cookie dough before baking. do you have bake them for longer? does baking thaw them out?
