Hi! Italian, pregnant woman here. You can eat all types of deli meat if you tested positive for toxoplasmpsis. If you're not positive or don't know, we usually eat just cooked deli meat: prosciutto cotto, mortadella, affetto di pollo/tacchino. That's what we do here in Italy.
