We were poor and could not afford some of these states that are out there so every once in a while, my mom would get the steak pinwheels. They were so good.

My mom use to pound the flank steak then marinade. Then slice them in 2/3 inch wide strips, roll up with a mushroom in the center and throw on the grill. So good.

have you ever tries flank steak and dressing. you beat the heck out of the flank steak season it with salt pepper and Worcestershire sauce. aut the dressing on it and roll it up and back it low.
