@jcfoxninja: #duet with @P💥U💥S💥H💥U💥P💥M💥A💥N Man, I haven’t done a challenge in a while…. But I am back using #Fitness to raise #parkinson awareness. Parkinson’s is often called an invisible disability… and that’s exactly what makes it so misunderstood. You won’t always see tremor. You won’t see the stiffness fighting every step. You can’t see the fatigue, the brain fog, the anxiety, or the more than a split-second calculations it takes just to move normally. From the outside, someone can look “fine.” On the inside, their body may be negotiating every motion. That’s the challenge with invisible disabilities like Parkinson’s—people judge what they can see, not what someone is actually living through. So if someone says they’re struggling, believe them. And if you’re living it… know that what you’re pushing through every day counts. #InvisibleDisability #fyp
