Synthetic psychosis is not to be trifled with. About 10-15 years ago I worked in patient… we had so many teens come in just absolutely bananas. One girl never forget wouldn’t stop taking her clothes off and was marching everywhere reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. She was there for three months before she was transferred to residential.

I almost failed out of the core part of my medical program the month my pcp tried to take my stimulant away I’d been on since second grade saying I didn’t need it anymore that I grew out of it and had been on it too long. Long story short redid entire neuro battery assessment at his request and results were still severe actually worse than previous tests and got my 60 mg back. 😂

A friend of mine did synthetic once back in like 2010. She had seizures and hallucinations for 2 days. She still gets the same type of hallucinations for a moment or two every few months.
