Am I the only one who finds this weird that they just shut down mid flights? Like they didn’t cease scheduling flights for their shut down. Why is the pilot walking out of the plane he was ready to fly and transport people on, what happened to everyone’s tickets or wage?

It’s true Spirit never had a fatal crash, but they also only had about 400-600 flights a day while other major airlines like American can do 6,000+ flights a day. More flights= more risk. Big difference.
