Once I started doing beans from dry, (chickpeas I’m talking about you… black beans you’re in there too, sister) I started doing so many other things in Insta pot like cooking off potatoes for hashbrowns, rice, quinoa, etc. And with smaller jars, you can pressure can in your Insta pot, but bone broth is also key.
