only thing that will fix the neck hump is strengthening the back, shoulders, core, and getting regular lymphatic drainage. the issue with tech neck is that those muscles are OVERSTRETCHED, not tight. if you keep massaging them, they will continue to stretch out. this is NOT the fix for tech neck. - from a licensed massage therapist.

this is cool don't get me wrong but, it definitely doesn't replace the professional work you need to not have a hump. and it won't do anything to reset or stretch and decompress your discs.

Look into the ergonomics of your desk and seating. Your keyboard is too high which means your probably over using your traps during the day because you have ti hold your arms up when your elbows should be resting.
