I get motion sickness almost every time I get in the car and I NEVER look at my phone. Sometimes, pretty rarely, I even get mildly motion sick when I’m the driver.

I used to get that while reading in the car but oddly enough, I don't get it now and I'm always in my phone on the bus.

I’ve had success with the phone dots. Grew up with car sickness. Have also had some success wearing Sea Bands both on cruise ships and playing VR games
