UGH i had a bad experience with them too.. I ordered a set and only the shorts came in… they told me the shirt can’t come because they “over sold the styles” and can’t ship it to me anymore. now i legit only have the shorts of the set with no shirt! like what’s the point of the set now….

Yea they are ridiculous. I placed an order for 3 items and only one was a pre-order. Now they are telling me over a month later that its all pre-order. Umm yea no lady it states only one is pre-order. Instead of apologizing for the confusion they immediately asked if I wanted to cancel the order for a refund. And I have another order for one item which states shipping 5/11. Now I get an email stating that they over sold.

Maybe include your apt number in the first line of the address? I ordered to my apartment all the time and never had any issues. But that’s so strange. Hopefully they fix it for you

It has happen to me in 3 orders. Is so annoying, because my first order was sent back on May 9th and they havent received yet to sent it back to me. So I guess my other 2 orders i will receive it on August 😢
