My baby has been cruising and standing since like 6 months, she can walk she just chooses not too but how do I boost her confidence as she's strong enough just find it quicker to crawl

My 11.5 month old can’t pull himself up to his feet without assistance. When he is standing, he doesn’t cruise and move side to side. He also doesn’t like ti bend his knees when I try to help him moves his legs to get the feeling of walking.
