Love it! My dad has recently picked up the run/walk method & he’s starting to think that he could do a marathon that way. Your videos (& others who show the run/walk method during longer races) are very inspiring to him. I’m so happy to see that he may be doing his first ever marathon! Thanks for the inspiration!
