I have BPPV and it’s honestly been really hard on me. It’s not dangerous, but the unpredictability has caused a lot of anxiety. I’ve been doing PT and everything I’m supposed to, but I still don’t feel confident, especially with driving.

I have vestibular migraines and hashimotos. I feel drunk a lot of the time. I also have a lot of sinus issues. Not sure if it’s just my MCAS or recurring infections. But I would love to not feel dizzy all the time.

I get EXTREMELY dizzy and off balance every time I walk near something thats slanted, like a hill, a slope, an angled tree. I have no clue why. Such things never seem to affect anyone else.

I had several vertigo attacks back to back. I am tapping behind the ears, vertigo oils and breathing exercises. I am going to get my ears checked to see what going on.
