first thing first we cannot compared our problems or sufferings with other ppl, bcs the difference abt perspective and childhood all that. if were being a good person just to search for a validation or want to be appreciated, then what we need to do is to settle that mindset to ourself bcs it is toxic, like imagined in a scenario when youre doing good deeds to someone and that someone treated u like a j*rk. learn how to move away from ppl like that, learn that being a good person is not for other people but for ourselves. make your own positivity environment in this cruelty world, if there is no good on this planet, then become one.

we shouldn't judge their actions, to be a good person you have to understand their reasoning behind their actions. That's true empathy. Understanding, then guide and share your kindness. No good shall come in comparing your kindness with others. Some people might not even call you a kind person because that's subjective, so why should we judge? I too am an imperfect man foiled with impurities and sins; who am i to judge the goodness of others?
