The peeling is good. The acid in the medicine is killing the affected areas..your skin will blossom once it's gone... Use the LA Roche barrier cream every time you do your routine and a good sunscreen in the day time ☀️

I been on tretinoin since last year and still not seeing a difference I started off with 0.05 percent them went up to a 0.1 percent and still no peeling, I use it with azelaic acid and clindamycin and the morning and Tretinoin at night, still seeing no results, should I use it with hydroquinone instead?

My skin has been peeling all the time with tret but it’s good because it means cell turnover is quicker but I have now reduced usage to every other day and also use the sandwich method and less peeling

Nope, this is PERFECT! When I first started tret over a decade ago this is exactly how it was, I was initially freaked out but it left my skin the clearest it had ever been. I was at my brothers wedding peeling like this, had to go to the bathroom constantly to literally cut it off but the perfect skin afterwards is soooo worth it. If you want real moisture try a UREA face cream 5-10% it binds water to your skin so you’ll have buttery smooth skin, I use 5% from Cerave. Also try oil cleansing and then using a gentle cleanser like Cerave when using sunscreen. Dial is actually very drying to the skin over time.

stop using dial!!!! i figured it out the hard way. dial strips your skin so bad. i use cerave, tretinoin & cerave moisturizer (sandwich method), and sunscreen.
