Trek to upper Dolpa via Phoksundo lake is one of my best treks ever. One small information about the place. The name of the lake is just 'Phoksundo', not 'Shey Phoksundo'. Shey Phoksundo is the name of the national park in which Shey gumba and the phoksundo lake lie. Shey gumba lies north of the lake, which takes 2 days to walk from Rigmo village.
