this is what i felt this time last year, but i pushed myself, i forced myself to form connection with others, to put myself out there, i got ghosted a couple times, i lost a good friend, and i got broken up with all in a year, so it felt like i was right back to where i was one year ago. but the feelings i got from people who even though aren’t im my life anymore were enough to fill that void. humans NEED connection to feel comfort. practice rejection therapy, step out of your comfort zone, fake the feeling of happiness/confidence/positivity, and soon enough you wont be faking it anymore.
