Yall omfg. Referring to Iman as Bowie’s wife does not demean her in any way. Y’all are doing that on your own. She IS his wife, and she has always been proud to be called his wife, even in his death. Not everyone knows her name, or even that he was married, so this is helpful context for people who do not know how name/their story.
