Same. Get some compression socks. It helps with neuropathy and that restless leg thing. I have fibro too. After about 20 minutes its much improved. I know exactly what your going through.

Dude, for like 2 months now I’ve had a sensation in my right big toe, like on the outer side of the nail, that feel like a sharp needle being stuck inside if I point my foot downwards or randomly as I’m walking sometimes. It feels horrible as it’s happening 🥲
