Totally agree - my kid is FINE with my husband or his grandparents while I’m away UNTIL I call… it’s better to just leave them settle with who they are with and it’s healthy to miss each other a little for a short while ❤️

I have 3 kids and im a flight attendant! I do not call my kids on overnights. Why because it upsets them and makes it hard for the person looking after them because they cry and get upset. Also my husband is a parent just like me and is more than capable to look after OUR children. Your doing amazing

You’re right , I travel for work a lot and it’s easier not to call for them as well. I call the day I head back try to leave them noted for every day.
