even if you acquire the company from other sources I heard Spirit leased their planes from other companies so those will be flying with other airlines soon. also it isn't just buying back assets it would also be settling the debt that those assets maybe tied to for secured creditors or buying back what may have been already sold which could be a good bit so before investing in this make sure people keep an eye on how the money is being held because this being private equity essentially itself there are very little safeguards if any beyond trust me bro it seems like and if the deal falls through is the money going to be returned the golden rule of investing don't put more in than what you are willing to lose
