To be honest with you the fact that we have to impress anybody just to get a job to make a living is crazy the way the world works nowadays is best that everybody learn a skill and start your own hustle and make your own money and not put your well-being in the hands of the job market where people measure whether or not you should have enough to feed your family off of a list of questions about a job that they’re gonna train you for anyway

I always ask: Why is the position open? You’re also interviewing them to find out if you really want to work there, don’t forget that part. It’s not just about getting the job. You can only research so much about the company but not the work environment.

I had an interview last week and used a few of your questions. It was 2 separate panel interviews. I asked a few questions from your videos to each set. A couple of questions I asked to each had various interviewers say “ wow, that’s a great question” still waiting to hear from them about an offer. I sincerely thank you for helping me stand out.

My go to question at the end of the interview is “what details of the job couldn’t you put in the job description”. This always makes the interviewer think about all the not so nice not so easy parts of the job and they will sometimes spill the beans on the bad parts of the job where you can have a more educated decision or do you want to take the job or not
