So strange! I freeze my dough and I have never had it be sticky. I just take it out of the freezer and leave it on the counter.

We freeze our dough and have never had any sticky issues. When we put hot cakes into mixer, we don’t go too long. We stop just before it’s “just right”. Then we freeze and then we just have to knead unfrozen dough a little more.

Maybe try leaving it out on the counter for a couple hours before cutting them! This will help evaporate out the extra moisture collected from freezing! I do this when I freeze & thaw already baked cookies!

When you freeze it I think you should place it in the refrigerator for 24hrs before you bring out to room temperature.

I have been hearing fully dipped pops that have been frozen have to be consumed in 24 hrs after reaching room temp as the condensation is a breeding ground for bacteria. Does anyone know if thats legit?
