he made a mistake in calling it a weapon. in most jurisdictions a weapon is a firearm that is designed only to kill another human being. a Glock 17 sold to police or military is a weapon. a Glock 17 sold to a civilian could be a plinker, could be a Target gun, could be for hunting.

They can’t turn a constitutional right into a crime just like the first amendment. He has the right to record them the second amendment the right to bear arms and also that gives them the right to open Cary as well as police officers. These guys are getting too happy over nothing.
