Everyone wants the watercart job — and fair enough. It's the cruisiest role on site. But that's exactly why it's hard to break into. Most of the time that seat goes to experienced operators already on site — people who've put in the time and are being rewarded with the easier run. Unless you've already got watercart experience, entry level on a watercart is rarer than people think. That's the first reason we don't recommend watercart on its own. Here's the second — and most people miss this completely. To operate an articulated watercart you need a Moxy ticket or Moxy experience. To take one onto public roads or into the city you need your HR licence. A watercart ticket alone covers neither — so your options are narrower than you realise before you've even started looking for work. This is exactly why we bundle it.
