I don’t know if they do most places have you sign a paper that confirms at a minimum they gave you the rules and regulations of the job. Most will go over the basics of the job and what is expected of you in regards to dress code. Most places will tell you to go home if you are not wearing the uniform. I understand of the uniform that is provided doesn’t fit most places if you let them know most places will provide better fitting uniforms. In this situation more than likely the employees who got fired was repeatedly informed to stay in dress code and after repeatedly being warned they fired them. Maybe they told them the uniforms didn’t fit properly or maybe they didn’t tell them the uniforms didn’t fit proper. Who knows both are possible reasons. Maybe the combination of dress code and employee attitude and they told them
