I remember a time when I was seriously unwell. I was standing at the kitchen sink, feeling extremely dizzy, with almost no strength left in my body. I was so weak that even standing felt like a struggle. I drank some milk, hoping it would help me regain a little strength, and somehow managed to finish washing the dishes. Afterwards, I made a decision within myself: even if they called me, I was not going to leave my room again. All I wanted was to lie down, rest and feel better. I cried so much that day. And honestly, I was not crying simply because I was sick. I was crying because of the painful feeling of being in a place where you are seen primarily as a worker, even when you are unwell and desperately need care. Sometimes, you can be suffering silently while the people around you have no idea how much pain you are experiencing. You may look strong on the outside, but inside, you are desperately hoping that someone will notice that something is wrong. The most painful reality is that we are human beings too. We get exhausted, we fall sick, we experience pain, and sometimes all we need is a little kindness and someone to ask,
