Scoopable Brookies 🥄🍫🍪 Ingredients: -For the Cookie- • 115g butter • 160g light brown sugar • 40g granulated sugar • 1 large egg • 2tsp vanilla extract • 320g plain flour • 1tsp baking powder • 1tsp bicarbonate of soda • a pinch of salt • 250g chocolate chips Instructions: -For the Cookie- 1) Mix together your butter and sugars until combined 2) Whisk in your egg and vanilla extract 3) Fold in your flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and a pinch on salt (you may need to use your hands) 4) Mix in your chocolate chips 5) Grab a handful of cookie dough and roll it into a ball Repeat 6 times! Ingredients: -For the Brownie- •150g unsalted butter • 100g 70% cocoa chocolate • 100g 50% cocoa chocolate • 150g golden caster sugar • 3 medium eggs • 115g plain flour • 35g cocoa powder Instructions: -For the Brownie- 1) Preheat oven to 160°C fan. Grease and line a 8” cake tin with baking paper 2) Melt your butter and chocolate in a sausepan and then let it cool 3) In a large mixing bowl, whisk your caster sugar and eggs 4) Mix in the chocolate and butter mixture 5) Sift together your flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt, fold this in -To Assemble- 1) Place some of you cookie dough into your tin and then pour in half of your brownie batter.
