bana mm Niko na postpaid meter nataka Ku switch to prepaid.. currently tuko Na main meter ya postpaid then each tenant ako Na meter yake but postpaid..end month ninawasomea readings then bill them

whoever brought this sub meters didn't brought the solution..kplc could've come up with different separation meter that once not paid inakata from the grid(supply)...not that they depend on main meter... landlord asipolipia main meter..
