The only thing here! Is regardless of the lawsuit! The police NEVER held accountable! It’s ALWAYS the innocent citizens that have to pay! Until a law that makes sense is put into place, the police will continue to be corrupt, and the other police will never stop the corruption, because of their brotherhood ! Two simple changes would make massive deference! 1st Before ANYONE is able to apply for a job with the police department, they first must pass a simple constitutional law test since their OATH TO GOD AND COUNTRY . Then they will no longer have personal immunity! The police officer themselves will be held accountable not the citizens! 2ond also pass a law that whenever a lawsuit is won against the police department, the money comes out of the police department budget! That will affect the people guilty not innocent citizens! That would also probably stop a lot of other police officers from just standing around and doing nothing when citizens constitutional rights are being abused! When money is taken from their department, that affects their ability to give officers promotions, raise, update gear, cars, that a lot of times are abused unnecessarily! ONLY when it affects those committing the crime will they stop! Otherwise whenever a citizen breaks the law then put a police officer in jail! Because it makes the same sense that suing a police department,by citizens are paid for by citizens. THINK ABOUT THAT,
