I've eased down into eating one meal a day in preparation. Many of us saw this coming. Love those who are encouraging people to doom prep. If they havent already, it's DEFINITELY time.

Pantry milk from the Dollar Tree is a great idea! The shelf life is at least a year.. and it’s not expensive

cheese & butter freeze really well. I also freeze buttermilk. (just thaw and shake it really well before using. freeze in smaller containers)

My grandparents after the depression, even into the 1970s,80s, and 90s, still ate plain oatmeal with a pat of butter, milk sugar for breakfast with a coffee, a sandwich for lunch, regular dinner, no extras. For years. That's post depression eating for ya. No chips etc.
